Start your day off with a free yoga class sponsored by Synergy Dance! Whether your wrapping up your Dew Run and need to cool down, or you simply want to start the day off with a great workout, come by the Homestead Lot on Oak Street from 9-10am.  Bring your own yoga mat and supplies.
