DOLLARS FOR DEWERS VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

We are looking for local organizations who have a clear focus and mission to impact the residents, families, students, or community at large in a positive way. 

 

Dew Days is excited to offer a new sponsorship program called Dollars for Dew-ers.

Dew Days is currently recruiting local groups interested in fundraising opportunities  through volunteering to staff a variety of events during Dew Days. 

Help keep the Farmington tradition alive and in return, share in our community’s generosity. It’s a win-win partnership!

WHEN? We have shifts available starting Thursday, June 20th, through Sunday, June 23rd. 

WHERE? All volunteers will meet and check in on the 2nd floor of Homestead Church, in downtown Farmington. 

WHY? Dollars for Dewers aligns your company/group with Farmington tradition and demonstrates your commitment to the community.

Increase your organization’s volunteer participation rate AND have a built-in guarantee of funds by taking advantage of a unique opportunity to put the “fun” back in fundraising! 

When applying, your group will be able to choose their event of choice that they will be responsible for. Members of the Dew Days Committee will be available to help support and direct, but the duties of the chosen event on the days listed will be the responsibility of the “Dew-ers”.  

Dew Days will make a donation to your organization equalling $15 per hour for volunteer shifts. Shifts must be fully staffed and donation will be forfeited if your organization fails to fulfill the obligations. Hours must be tracked in the Vome app to receive funds.

Dew Days community events are designed to bring people together to enjoy music, food, games, and more. Dew Days can be an effective fundraising event for nonprofits. It can raise both awareness for an organization’s mission and funding for its projects and programs.
